Tickets: $6 per seat
Jazz music represents history. American history, Black history, civil rights history, musical history. Bring your students on a historical voyage through jazz music’s renditions of American tunes that have shaped our country into what it is today. From well loved songs like “The Star Spangled Banner” to civil rights music, from early church music to current blues anthems, this Field Trip will highlight how Jazz has defined American culture and democracy.
