The Chico Community Ballet, celebrating 40 years of dance education and performance, invites the whole family to this magical and comical fairy tale ballet The Sleeping Beauty. This newly envisioned and exquisitely staged production is full of evil curses, enchanted fairies, a beautiful princess Aurora with her many animal friends of the forest and of course a dashing Prince. With inspiration from the classical ballet and the Disney production, this enchanting ballet promises to take you on a fantastical journey, with beautiful sets, costumes, special effects and dancing. The Sleeping Beauty will prove to be a perfect treat for celebrating the month of love with your whole family.
A very special Autograph Party will be held after each performance where you can meet your favorite characters up close, get a photo and their autograph. This magical production promises to send you waltzing all the way home.
