Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean of the University of California Berkeley School of Law, will give this year’s Constitution Day talk. He is a nationally-renowned First Amendment scholar, a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and the author of 10 books, including The Case Against the Supreme Court (2014) and Free Speech on Campus (2017). Chemerinsky will focus on campus free speech, informed by his constitutional scholarship and firsthand experience as a professor and dean.
