Kaki King
Hailed by Rolling Stone as “a genre unto herself,” composer and guitarist Kaki King is a true iconoclast. Over the past 10 years, the Brooklyn-based artist has released six extraordinarily diverse and distinctive albums—performed with such icons as Foo Fighters, Timbaland, and The Mountain Goats—contributed to a variety of film and TV soundtracks, including Golden Globe-nominated work on Sean Penn’s Into The Wild, and played to an increasingly fervent following of music lovers on innumerable world tours.
Germán López
Germán López is an esteemed timple player from Gran Canaria (a Spanish archipelago off the coast of Africa, pertaining to the nation of Spain). Performing publicly since the age of 10, López has collaborated with the symphony orchestra of Gran Canaria, festivals such as WOMAD, Circuits INJUVE, Expozaragoza, among others. As a conservatory-trained musician, Germán López blends the ancient traditions of the Canary Islands with musical virtuosity.
Daniel Ho
Daniel Ho performs original songs that feature his versatility on Hawaiian slack key guitar and ukulele. Ho's talent and artistry has garnered six consecutive GRAMMY Awards, as well as several number-one albums on national airplay charts and top-ten albums on Billboard. His label, Daniel Ho Creations has released over eighty acoustic and Hawaiian-themed CDs by many of Hawai'i's most respected artists. Ho has received numerous Hawaiian music industry accolades, including three Na Hoku Hanohano awards and fifteen Hawai'i Music Awards.
